Shipping + Pickup policy

• DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
  Our shipping are trough Fedex 5-10 days

  All orders must be shipped within 30 days of notification that the item is ready.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
  A previous cost valuation will be done with a special courier.

• PICKUP AT THE STUDIO
  All orders must be picked up within 30 days.

  At checkout, customers may choose studio pickup or delivery/shipping, which is always available and strongly recommended. For pickup orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to schedule and complete pickup within the 30-day holding period.We are unable to hold completed works beyond 30 days. Orders not picked uP within this timeframe will be considered unclaimed, and the studio reserves the right to release or resell the item. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.
